11/3/2017 : My First Cooking Experience

My last semester was pretty free. LOL. I did not take part in any society activities and college activities. Hence, I used to settle my home works on Friday and did not bring any works home on every weekends. Since I am so free on the weekends, I wanted to learn something new which was different from what I was usually doing - eating, sleeping, watching tv, reading, etc. Hence, I thought of something else, which I should equip myself with since long time ago! Guess what, I wanna learn cooking! Yeshhhh, I only knew how to cook instant noodles and I did not even know how to fry an egg properly. TT I was born in a blissful family, mom will cook anything I requested because she always thinks that it is her responsibility. Thus, I did not have the chance to cook.

There was one Saturday my parents were not free and both my sisters and I were left at home. Hence, I decided to cook us breakfast on that morning. Everything starts from the easiest part. I think this is really true because I manage to cook'em well for my first cooking experience! Hahahaa. A simple breakfast does not need much ingredients. I only prepared fresh milk, butter, 3 slices of bread, eggs and cheese sausages for our breakfast.

Ingredients for Breakfast

Within an hour, I completed the breakfast and they tasted good! Look at it! Ain't them looked tasty? They are so tempting by looking at the picture below!! As I still do not manage to fry an egg well, I chose to make scrambled eggs instead of normal fried egg. Hehe.

There are only few simple procedures to cook this breakfast. I would like to mention the procedures for everyone to have their first try. But I guess people out there like you should cook better than me with more ingredients. ><

Steps to Cook...
Step 1: Take out the necessary ingredients on table (reduce clumsiness when we are halfway cooking).
Step 2: Cut few lines on each cheese sausage (so that the cheese sausages can be easily cooked thoroughly).
Step 3: Cut the slices of bread into half and apply butter on each surface.
Step 4: Fry cheese sausages until they are cooked thoroughly.
Step 5: Fry the slices of bread until its colour becomes golden yellow.
Step 6: Beat 3 eggs with milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended.
Step 7: Pour the mixture to pan and gently pull with a wooden spoon in inverted turner, forming large soft curds.
Step 8: Continue pulling, lifting and folding until it is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.
You may add parsley on top of the scrambled egg if you are a parsley lover.
Step 9: Serve all the food on a plate as the last step.

Thus, a simple breakfast was well served after all these steps had been taken. Teehee. =D I would certainly upgrade my breakfast in future! Stay tuned.
